Lead the way

One great thing about our office in Berlin is our engagement and passion for DEI. Our team consists of strong advocates for DEI (our internal Change Team is led by one of our brilliant team Berlin members, Amber!), and we greatly support women in leadership positions. Our team holds regular DEI events and education sessions, and we're already planning bigger events in the future.

Strive for better

We aspire to create positive and unique experiences for all of our candidates, and we often help clients in improving their own DEI strategies. Our team also has access to a menstrual leave policy, which is not often found in businesses. We want to support women in leadership positions, and strive for better DEI awareness and strategy across the world of work.

Give a damn

We truly give a damn about each member of the team- because we make the effort to truly understand each other. We've all got our own strengths and weaknesses, and we work hard to make sure everyone has what they need to thrive and grow. Because that's what giving a damn (and great teamwork!) should look like.

There’s never a dull moment here in team Berlin. We’re one half relaxed, the other half full of energy! We have a great balance and spirit, and I always feel supported whenever I need it. I think this is a huge reason why we’ve achieved so much recent success.
