Hi, we're Team Bristol. Our team spirit fuels everything we do to have a great office culture, with lots of fun experiences in and outside of the office.

As one of the UK's most vibrant hubs in terms of tech start-ups, it's safe to say there's ALWAYS lots of leading innovation happening here in Bristol. Our priority is delivering quality services to our candidates and clients - both in the Public and Private sector.

Our entire ideology as an office stems from how we treat our clients. We are passionate about supporting them not only professionally but getting to know them personally, making them feel truly valued during their time with Talent.

As a team, our social culture is just as important as our office culture. We are a close-knit team and always ready to support each other with any task! We pride ourselves on our inclusive (and fun) space, celebrating each other's success with a bunch of regular team activities outside of the office. Our aim is to make everyone feel welcome and involved, not just in our team but the business as a whole.

The Public Sector team has a great culture. Everyone works collaboratively and there is a phenomenal team spirit. We are a high performing team and celebrate our successes. We work incredibly hard but also make sure to have A LOT of fun!

We find it incredibly important to understand everyone’s individual and diverse ways of working. We lead the way by doing our best to cater to these situations and letting everyone have a voice regardless of their circumstances. Taking these things into consideration can only make a team stronger!

We put everything we have into the work we do. We listen to feedback and deliver quality services to every client and candidate, providing them with tailored solutions. By treating your candidates and clients well, you boost retention and reputation (and get to know some lovely people along the way).

Give a damn

We actively do our best to ‘Give a Damn’ in Bristol. Whether it be the work we do, the way we treat our clients and candidates, or the way we look out for each other in the team, making sure everyone is working well together and going the extra mile is key.

Bristol is the best! We absolutely smash our targets together, look after our clients and candidates and look out for each other as well! We have the best relationship with the team in and outside the office and I love working for somewhere that cares about me. I look forward to working everyday.
