Kia ora, we’re team Auckland! We are a passionate team housed at the heart of Auckland’s CBD.

Composed of a collaborative, highly engaging bunch of people who are experts in their own right in sales, sourcing, candidate coaching, job market insights, CRM, and strategic planning, we believe that building meaningful relationships with our candidates, clients, and contractors is paramount.

We take pride in setting BHAGs (Big Hairy Audacious Goals) yearly as inspired by our Managing Director, that not only focus on professional targets but also on our personal goals, which can be as simple as taking up a sport, reading more books, or going for quick walks during lunch breaks to keep those steps up.  

We strive to grow by focusing on what we are good at – finding great people to fill transformation and tech roles in financial institutions, government, and fintech sectors, and we always have our ears and eyes open for those superstar BAs, PMs, and Devs.

We give a damn about their careers and try our hardest to keep them fulfilled, challenged, and valued on the job.

The way we work internally as a team and externally with candidates and clients are guided by our values. As a company, Talent offers the support and environment that nurtures personal and professional development. As an example, our TTO growth days where you get a paid day off every two months to learn something new, as well as 6 recharge days per year to re-energise.
