We are a collaborative group who like to leverage the experiences and skillsets of our colleagues to attain the best digital systems and processes for our business.
Aside from managing our internal systems and tech stack (in close collaboration with our IT team), Team Phoenix also looks after ENGAGE, our contractor portal with benefits, designed to look after our contractors’ wellbeing.
We’re not just about working hard though; we like to have fun along the way. We pride ourselves on our exceptional team culture we have built upon the strong foundation of values set by Talent. Throughout COVID we developed ways to stay in touch as a team and have rolled that out into our weekly structure, with daily stand-ups, shared Spotify playlists and weekly Friday games sessions (leaderboard and all!).
