In the space of a decade Talent Melbourne has grown exponentially! From a team of six, working out of a run-down office in Little Collins Street, we now have over 40 consultants living their best work life out of our spiritual home in the Rialto. Over a quarter of us have been here for 10+ years, which is almost unheard of in recruitment and provides a great foundation for newcomers looking to learn from industry veterans.
We know we have a great culture at Talent but if you were to ask the Melbourne team why they love it here, they would tell you that it is because the people are real, we share our victories and our defeats, we collaborate, have each other’s backs, everyone is embraced, we laugh A LOT and we are generous and fair in how we reward and recognise great effort and outcomes.
On any given day you can catch the team on Zoom or in the office going ‘around the grounds’ to discuss what we have on, how we can help each other, to banter and to swap ideas. We remain connected and balance our commitments with a great WFH and office-based set up, which was agreed upon collectively.
