We are a small but mighty team, continually cultivating and – most importantly – implementing strategies, initiatives, and procedures to continuously make Talent a great place to work.

We are always busy coming up with new ideas to improve the lives of our people! Whether that be creating new, leading initiatives (such as ensuring learning and development opportunities are available, or enabling our people to work from anywhere in the world), to maintaining a thriving workplace by making sure it is an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming place for everyone.  

Our Talent Acquisition team work closely with Hiring Managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Aside from their charming personalities, they can pitch ‘Why you should join Talent’ every day of the week.

Talent is a growing, innovative business with a people centric ethos. Five years on, that desire remains and we have built clear career pathways and a framework of both individual development plans and structured training programmes to support people in achieving their personal goals.

Striving for better in P&C isn’t about implementing initiatives to check them off a list. We reassessed our parental leave policy and after hours of consulting our people, researching, and negotiating, we implemented an industry-leading parental leave policy that ensures none of our people are left behind when they become parents.

Give a damn
