The Basics
You are of course entitled to all the statutory leave that is relevant for the State and Country that you work in.
Your leave is there for you to use when the time comes, as outlined below.
- Annual Leave: The fun kind of leave! Use this for recharging, exploring or getting creative.
- Personal Leave: The leave to fall back on in the harder times. We will always support you to take this when you need.
- Domestic Violence Leave: While we hope you never have to use this, if you are ever in any form of harm at home, we will do what we can to support you, including 10 paid days of family and domestic violence leave.
- Long Service Leave: For us, longevity is not just sticking around, it is a testament to you being on the Talent journey with us. Long Service Leave is well deserved! Check this link out to see what you are entitled to when.
The Talent Extras!
- Talent Anywhere: You have seen this one before, but its so good we just have to mention it again. Work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 weeks of the year!
- Talent Time Out: Another one we are super proud of, one day off per month to rest and recharge. You get 6 TTO days a year and we can't wait to see you use them.
- Talent Learn Anytime: Found a great course that supports your professional development? We will help you access the opportunity and give you the leave to make the most of it.
- Parental Leave: We support you through all stages of your life. On top of government support, after 12 months with Talent, you will be entitled to 18 weeks of paid level as a primary caregiver and 4 weeks as a secondary caregiver.
