Our city is always a buzzing hub of people networking over a coffee or beer.
We’re all about working as a team but our competitiveness also runs deep. We’re big fans of competing for the highest scores in weekly team quizzes or releasing our endorphins at Bootcamp twice a week!
One great thing about our office in Wellington is our in-house RISE ready to work program! Our team gets involved, using our recruitment skills to prepare youth for the world of work, supporting them into finding employment, and leading the way for our younger generations.
We aspire to create positive and unique experiences for all our candidates and contractors. Alongside our candidate managers and consultants, we strive for better by having a dedicated contractor care specialist guiding our contractors through each stage of their placement.
The Wellington office brings a strong family vibe, with a genuine sense of giving a damn about each other. We recognise that we have a life outside of work and it is cool that our actual family is considered an extension of our Talent family. We love hearing about family holidays, the kids starting at a new school, and adventures with our doggos.
