What's our playbook all about?

You might be thinking - doesn't a company handbook usually come in a PDF? Well we are here to show you that there is nothing premium about a PDF.

While Recruitment is where it all began for Talent in 1995, like any good team mate, we have added to our expertise and skillset over time. Besides our core agency recruitment business, we now have 4 different logos that are a part of the Talent Group.

Our Culture

Culture means a lot to us. We believe that at its very core, a strong culture means that you look forward to coming to work. When you are with us, you are challenged, supported and have some fun along the way. Then, when the work is done, you go home just as happy, if not happier, then when you started work that day.

6 days off a year to rest and recharge. That’s right, 6 EXTRA days off a year

Talent Anywhere

Your ticket to work-life balance. Work from absolutely anywhere in the world for 2 weeks a year. As long as there is internet of course!

RISE Day

Our company wide day of giving back. In September, all of Team Talent joins our charity, Talent RISE, to spend the day giving back to young people.

Values Awards

We mean it when we say our values are woven into the fabric of our culture. Our values awards are our proof point where we recognise those among the team who are leading the way, striving for better and giving a damn.

TalentFest

A 3-day fun filled conference where everyone across the business gets together, connects and has fun. This is not one of those conferences where only a select few go, everyone is invited along. Above all, we believe that we are #OneTeam, and everyone needs to share in the wins!

Policies

Whether you have joined us in our agency business, Talent Solutions, RISE, or Avec, we are so excited to see you succeed here with us. To do that, there is an incredible team around you to support your success, but there are also a few ground rules we expect everyone to live by.

We aren’t people who make rules just for the sake of it, so know that if there is a rule, it is only to help you make the most out of your day. These aren’t a big ask, we live and breathe our values and #OneTeam ethos in every team at Talent, please make sure that you follow these, so we all have the best chance of success!

Covid-19 Vaccination

We // giveadamn about your health and safety, and we trust you care about the health and safety of others. The best way for us to keep you safe, is to encourage all of our workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Leave

AKA Holidays – yippee. You are entitled to 4 weeks of Annual Leave and 2 weeks of Personal Leave (sick leave) per year. That is on top of Talent Time Out Days!

Privacy

The IT team at your last job probably told you this, and nothing new here. Do not share your passwords. C’mon. We work hard to keep your privacy, please do the same in return.
